Tasting notes：

Nose: Very closed and musty at the beginning. But then soon a full sherry board with a slight hint of vinegar (old school cask?). Orange, raisin mix, nutty, some salad herbs, a little smoke. Milder with water, lighter fruity, suddenly lots of ash. Now more reminiscent of Loch Gorm.

Palate: Herbal, tart fruity start, salt and intense smoke, meaty, like a Mortlach on coke. With water more barrel, wood and a bit more random.

Finish: Medium length, salt and herbs with smoke slightly overlay the fruit.
