Tasting notes：

Nose: A gentle but distinct smoky note is noticeable when you first open it. Let it swirl slowly in the glass at a distance from your nose. When the alcohol has evaporated a little, you will be able to perceive notes of ripe red fruits, spicy roasted aromas and the malt base of the single malt. The smoke changes from campfire to roasted bacon.  

Palate: The first small sip should be taken undiluted because the aromas literally explode on the tongue. A blend of apricots, pickled cherries, currants, smoldering grass and hints of anise spread in the mouth. A slightly peppery note is also noticeable. Add a few drops of water and you will find hints of vanilla, sea salt and roasted marshmallows behind the intense aromas.

Finish: In the end, the aroma of the red fruits dominates, as in the nose, accompanied by sandalwood notes, liquorice and a nutty oak spice.
