Tasting notes：

Nose: The Scotch has sweet, fruity and spicy notes on the nose. It smells of red wild berries, spices and a hint of lemon zest. Roasted nuts are added, accompanied by dark chocolate and spicy oak.

Palate: The Gordon & MacPhail Imperial 25 Years Cask 4961 is full-bodied and aromatic on the tongue. Vanilla pairs with sweet fruity apple and citrus. There is also toffee. This is accompanied by aromas of black currant and spicy oak.  

Finish: The finish of the single cask whiskey is long-lasting. Aromas of brown sugar and garden mint linger on the palate for a long time.
