Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich, refined. Exotic and oxidative (macerated fruits, balsamic vinegar), the aromatic palette is immediately a real source of pleasure. Upon aeration, scents of sea salt, linden blossom, lime, guava, beeswax, curry, and rice cake deeply permeate the olfactory space.

Palate: Dense, full-bodied. Candied (pineapple, walnut, mirabelle plum), creamy (custard) and at the same time tangy (grapefruit, lemon), the flavor profile has an extremely delicate texture (rice grain, grated ginger). It then becomes increasingly exotic (ripe banana), resinous (pine, cedar), and herbaceous (pipe tobacco).

Finish: Long, full. Full of serenity, it now unfolds more rustic tones (pasture, dandelion), earthy, rooty (gentian), and almost peaty. Gradually, flavors of lavender and heather honey spread all over the palate. The empty glass is undeniably peaty and camphor-like.
