Tasting notes：

Nose: Super maritime, BBQ, dark, sweet honey, caraway. The HP is actually not recognizable.

Palate: Now much milder, this is HP with a slightly higher smoke level, after several sips it becomes more bitter, again more in the direction of Islay.

Finish: Long, lots of salt, quite a lot of smoke, HP is noticeable through the herbal note.
