Nose : orange peel, chocolate, nutmeg, tobacco, coffee, raisins, not of course sherry.

Palate : plum jam, cocoa, grated ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel.

Finish : chocolate, sweet orange and ginger come to the fore, quite long.
