Tasting notes：

Nose: It picks me up incredibly as soon as I pour it. There is incredible depth. Great. Heavy, beguiling, full sherry grenade. Old school. Black cherry, red and black currant, dates, leather, library, dusty books, dark chocolate.
Reminiscent of the 2017/2018 Glengoynes 25yo, 28yo and 30yo.

Palate: Immediately a deep, mouth-filling fruitiness on the tongue, again on juicy cherries and berries. Then comes first chocolate (70%) and a pleasant wood spice. A mix of spices in the background.
Oily and super intense. Alcohol has a warming effect.

Finish: Glenfarcla's DNA. Yes, as so often with Glenfarclas, I can describe this typical aroma. Somewhere between raisins, cherry lolly and star fruit, slightly sour. Clearer after the first sip, later increasingly influenced by the dominant sherry cask. Fades long on chocolate and spices, later the fruit takes over again.
