Tasting notes：

Nose: Initially salty, the nose evolves to reveal notes of overripe fruits, vanilla cream, and toffee, with a surprising floral undertone. It brings to mind the aromas of a refreshing cold pale ale. Nutty oak and a subtle oily malt base add depth.

Palate: On the palate, the Sherry influence takes centre stage, offering a salty and drying mouthfeel with hints of salted Brazil nuts and overripe orchard fruits. Earthy dunnage warehouse notes and damp oak emerge, followed by a gradual sweetness. The spices are vibrant yet gentle, making it remarkably approachable for its age and strength.

Finish: Medium, slowly drying finale with a subtle oily texture. Notes of malty oak, delicate yellow peaches, and bananas linger pleasantly.
