Tasting notes：

Nose: Candied citrus fruits, red fruit jelly (rote Grütze), caramel, nice sourness, ginger bread and aniseed, water adds some incense sticks and more gingerbread.

Palate: Fruity-waxy, nutty, superbly spicy, a fruity-sourness appears joined by an oily mouthfeel.

Finish: Buttery, fruity, aniseed, fresh, very long and intense.
