Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich, creamy. A very nice rancio (cherry brandy), dark chocolate, cinnamon, citrus zest, beeswax, heather honey, and dried fruits (date, fig, raisin) create an aromatic ensemble that is both warm, indulgent, and resplendent with maturity.

Palate: Clear, lively. Full-bodied, the taste palette reveals vanilla and roasted (coffee) notes. A fine layer of salted caramel gradually coats the palate. Over time, the dried fruits from the aromatic palette return strongly. This indulgent interlude extends to flavors of curry and infused herbs (chamomile, lime tree).
