Tasting notes：

Nose: Initially, more on rum funk than on Oloroso for me. There seem to be some estery notes at first, but later the oloroso notes of earth, and nuts kick in. First, pineapple cubes, sugary notes, later on snickers bar (caramel, peanut, chocolate), along with dunnage. All in all, still a bit volatile.

Palate: Dense, sweet, weighty, but with a fresh edge. Toffee, chocolate, nuts, a bit of wood, quite some heat (spice), but also on citrus and a hint of mint. More in balance with water.

Finish: Lingering, with a combination of spices, nuts, and earth. There is quite some pepper in the beginning, followed by almond and peanut, some dunnage, tobacco, sweet grapes, and mulled wine.
