Tasting notes：

Nose: Fresh bergamot, roasted almond, corn sugar, fully ripe quince and bacony leather, plus licorice and spice.

Palate: Lush maple syrup transitions to elderflower and very woodsy notes of fresh moss and porcini mushrooms. There are also overripe apricots, fresh mango and passion fruit as well as a spicy panorama of cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, licorice, allspice, ginger and orange zest.

Finish: Layers of caramel, cinnamon, kola nut and orange liqueur.
