Tasting notes：

Color: Bright gold.

Nose: Clean, precise. Empyreumatic (sleet, ashes), mineral, and lemony, the aromatic palette is pleasantly malty (barley grain) and honeyed. With aeration, it becomes peppery, spicy (Cayenne), and medicinal (balm, camphor).

Mouth: Straight, elegant. Radiating maturity, the flavor palette adds vanilla, floral (lily, iris), and fruity (pear) tones, giving it great substance. Infused with mint and verbena, the finish is slightly animalistic and chalky.

Finish: Long, full. Notes of asphalt and pipe tobacco introduce the finish, which is also finely licorice-flavored, verdant (barley field), and iodine-rich. The tasting lingers with superb mineral flavors of graphite and pencil lead.
