Tasting notes：

Nose: Refined, ample. Medicinal (arnica, balm), salty, mineral (chalk), and lemony, the aromatic palette also reveals delicate peat/smoke and tender maltiness. Further along, sweet and strong spices (cinnamon, clove, ginger) intertwine, leaving a very pleasant sensation of fullness.

Palate: Clean, tense. In line with the nose, the flavor profile becomes creamier (coconut, almond) and greener, including its peaty accents. Then, it gradually becomes minty and infused (sage, verbena). Gentian and genepi flavors beautifully punctuate the second stage of the tasting.

Finish: Long, refreshing. Overflowing with fruits (pear, apple) and licorice, the tasting becomes smoother. In retro-olfaction, a diaphanous and aniseed peat slowly envelops the palate.
