Color: Pale gold.

Nose: Bright, fresh. Candied lemons, coconut milk, and juicy pineapples form a first aromatic sequence that is well-balanced. Then, gentle spices (cinnamon, white pepper) as well as honeyed and malty scents create a second sequence that is even richer and more concentrated.

Mouth: Refined, sharp. In perfect continuity with the nose, the tasting palette initially reveals exotic and dairy notes. It extends into herbal, aniseed, and vanilla tones, providing a lot of delicacy on the palate.

Finish: Long, radiant. Overflowing with naturalness and originality, the beginning of the finish is marked by notes of fresh almond and pistachio. Over time, strong spices (nutmeg, clove) blend with indulgent flavors of white chocolate and Aix calisson.
