Tasting notes：

Nose: Quinces, malty, white wine, pears, thyme honey and fresh wood shavings.

Palate: Sweet-bitter start, fruity (quince and ginger jelly), honey, something that reminds me of kadu bouranee, superbly spicy and peppery. Love it!

Finish: Spicy and peppery, light bitterness, quite long.
