Tasting notes：

Nose: Sweet, grapes, toffee, sauternes wine, sweet fresh fruit are the main notes. There are also hints of melon, pear, vanilla and honey. Among all, there is a sparkling feeling in the nose. I recommend adding 1-2ml of water to reveal more notes.

Palate: Mainly sweet and fresh fruits, honey and spices. There is a surprising amount of oak and vanilla, but not much of the sauternes wine.

Finish: Sweet with gentle oak and spices with hints of hazelnut. A long-lasting sparkling feeling on the tongue. Again almost no sauternes wine notes.
