Tasting notes：

Nose: Ripe figs combine with sultanas and red dried fruits of cranberry and raspberry. Hints of blueberry and black cherries with some subtle nutmeg and cinnamon.

Mouth: Manuka honey sweetness, muscovado sugar, stewed apple and sour cherries. Fruit cake with cinnamon and toasted almonds, hints of citrus and chocolate coated raisins.

Finish: Long with dark fruits, dark chocolate, toasted walnuts and spicy oak.
