Smell: Green banana, smoky beeswax, sour plums, nettles, yellow pepper, lemon sorbet, fresh mint and coriander leaf, Gewürtztraminer, musty and dusty.

Palate: Honeydew melon, salty flapjack, rich tea biscuits, orange peel, macadamias, orange bitters, humbugs, good texture.

Finish: Medium, slightly bitter and sweet, but in a good way.
