Tasting notes：

Nose: Sweet citrus fruits with some caramel sweetness. Quite a hit of salinity to it. Peat is present but milder than expected, the peat definitely grows in intensity once left in the glass though. Drying oak spice. Freshly cracked black pepper tingles the nose. More mineral than earthy. I'm really enjoying the salty Seaspray of the nose.

Palate: Big on caramel and vanilla initially but then bittersweet tannins from the French oak overwhelm the palate. Punchy, ashy dry peat smoke. A little dark fruit and citric with some bitter dark chocolate. Drying oak tannins again and fresh cracked black pepper now.

Finish: Medium - short in length. initially its drying spice and then develops into ashtray-like smoke. Quite sweet but then an almost numbing chilli prickle comes through in waves.
