Tasting notes：

Nose: Dark aromas, rum raisins, plums, dark cherries, sherry spices and spices, typical HP orange. In the background there are hints of heather.
The sherry also brings with it a slight cellar mustiness, has something dusty and dirty, and also something like an old bookshelf (all meant in a positive sense).
Honey, vanilla, caramel, toffee, nougat, brown sugar, marzipan, milk chocolate.

Palate: Sweetish spice, lots of dark fruit, enough power on the tongue (peppery-spicy), creamy-oily, lots of tannins on the tongue, very slightly bitter hints, but no bitterness.
Dryness, leather, cellar mustiness.
2ndSip: even more sweetness, lots of fruit again, the dark components are fully there; the HP orange comes through easily, milk chocolate with dark chocolate pieces. Coffee powder.

Finish: Medium to long lasting, tannins, dark fruit tones, oak barrel sherry spices and spices. Tobacco/leather still resonates.
