Tasting notes：

Nose: Pear, sherry, slightly fruity note, alcohol sticking towards glue the whole time.

Palate: A lot of sherry, which also dominates the whole time, spicy, dark fruits, oranges, some honey, unfortunately the alcohol is not particularly well integrated.

Finish: Medium-length finish with spicy notes, here too a lot (but not disturbing) sherry and some honey.
