Nose: Directly very intense, barrel-heavy, slightly alcoholic, sherry, chocolate, cocoa, leather, tobacco, tannin, pepper, allspice, little fruit, when dried fruits such as figs, dates, raisins, fruit slices, quince, are slightly reminiscent of a bourbon.

Palate: Oha! Wow! What a start!
Dates, figs, chocolate, hardly any bitterness, sweetness.

Finish: Long, dry, with some bitterness at the end, oak, tannins.
